Product Description

Vacuum Drying Oven
It can be used for reduce the water content in materials instantly based on the feature of high temperature and low pressure.
Perfect Functions:
1. Door structure:Special safety glass with flexible suspended doorframe spring structure to guarantee the tightness during the test.
2. Heating :Four-side heating of inner bag to make temperature rise faster and evener. The scientific installation of senor can guarantee the actual temperature at geometrical center of the incubator.
3. Independently adjustable temperature safety device :Temperature safety device can be adjusted according to demand to protect the system in two ways, thus to increase the safety coefficient.
4. Pipe interface :Vacuum interface diameter of 18mm or G1/4 pipe interface; vacuum hose (elastic) is provided to facilitate the use and improve the tightness.
5. Easy for placement (optional) :as an option, it is easy for the placement and movement of incubator.
6. Inner structure :Special door sealing structure is applied. SUS304 stainless plate with the thickness of 5mm makes the inner bag level, beautiful and safe. The opening of inner bag is processed with precise gantry cutting to guarantee the levelness, achieve the best tightness and keep a long term vacuum degree.
Main Advantages:
1,The incubator body is made with high quality cold rolling plate numerical control technology and is sprayed with customerized Dupont powder to make the appearance more beautiful.
2,Special door sealing structure: SUS304 stainless plate with the thickness of 5mm makes the inner bag level, beautiful and safe. The opening of inner bag is processed with precise gantry cutting to guarantee the levelness, achieve the best tightness and keep a long term vacuum degree.
3,The most advanced heat insulating technology and insulating material are applied to keep the temperature inside incubator unchanged for a long time and realize the purpose of energy conservation.
4,Imported control system, sensor, sealing ring and vacuum gauge, etc. are applied.
5,A vacuum system comprising high quality red copper and copper pipe joint is applied to make sure no vacuum leakage within 48 hours after the vacuum pump and valve are shut down

7,The most advanced fuzzy PID control programmable multi-mode temperature control method and LCD are applied.
