Semi-Auto Ethylene Oxide Autoclave 
Sterilizing cabinet,auxiliary frame and electric control cabinet constitute the sterilizer, which including the devices for heating and circulating,humidification,air-operation,air filtration gas treatment as well as a vacuum system,electrical control system and complemented equipment for interior and external loading and transportation.
 
Main Advantages:
1,The whole set is heard by a hexahedral way to assure the uniformity of temperature .
2,Either single door or double doors is allowed.
3,The heating system of the sterilizer is equipped with a variety of devices and interfaces with the convenience of using electrical heating and steam heating forms,which improve the adaptation of products,reduce the energy consumption and increase economic efficiency.
4,An independent auxiliary frame is adopted in order to install the equipment in separate rooms and guarantee the safety of use.
5,Door sealing:Mechanical doors (the lever locking principie)Pneumatic Driving doors(parallelism move type and sealed with silicon gel bags) The whole sterilization process is under microcomputer program controlling.
   LCD indicates the work state.
   Sterilization parameters can be set random ,repeat using one set parameter 
   is allowed
   A micro-printer is installed inside,fulfill the real time printing of sterilization 
process and record all the sterilization information,Automatically stopping operation and alarm if any malfunction or technical deviation occurred during the process of operation.
