It has extensive and important applications in medicine, biology, molecular science, pharmacy, food, environmental protection and other research and application fields.

HEPOBIO incubator is a true-color touch CO2 constant temperature Shaking incubator.It has multi-function combination, multi-cell superposition, and system control of speed, temperature, time, humidity, and CO2 integration.

Main Features
Inner double-layer structure, small floor area, large capacity, constant temperature static culture and oscillating constant temperature culture in one incubator.

The control part adopts true color screen touch operation, with high touch sensitivity. The interface is easy to understand and operate.

The system uses MCU and P.I.D microcomputer parameter matching processing to obtain a stable parameter value, which will escort the experimental work.

The system has the functions of power-off recovery, parameter memory, clock display, timing operation, temperature display, rotational speed display, humidity display, CO2 concentration display, multi-stage program control, parameter password protection, dehumidification, etc.

The product has the function of power-off switch controlled by the door, and the humanized design prevents the operator from being injured by mistake.

The design of the movement adopts an independent three-dimensional drive system, which makes the tray move smoothly. The uniformity of the sample mixing of the experimental apparatus is ensured.

The power of the movement adopts the customized brushless motor to reduce the error value of the rotation speed to ensure the uniformity of the transmission.

The transmission system uses Japanese Samsung triangular belt, and the bearing uses brand shaft to ensure the service life of the transmission system.

The eccentric turntable of the main shaft is made of high-quality forged steel, and the motor turntable is made of aluminum. These two materials can restrict each other in the process of rotation to achieve the stability of rotation.
