1. Cleaning process: ultrasonic cleaning
Working principle: The transducer converts the electrical energy provided by the ultrasonic frequency power supply into ultrasonic frequency mechanical vibration, and radiates sound waves to the cleaning liquid contained in the tank through the cleaning tank wall, and the microbubbles (cavitation nuclei) in the liquid are Vibration under the action of the sound field, when the sound pressure reaches a certain value, the bubble grows rapidly, and then suddenly closes. When the bubble closes, a shock wave is generated, generating thousands of atmospheric pressure around it, destroying insoluble dirt, and dispersing them in the cleaning In the liquid. Wherever liquid is immersed, the place where cavitation occurs has a cleaning effect, and is not limited by the complex shape of the surface of the cleaning part, such as cavities, grooves, slits and deep holes on the surface of precision parts, and micropores can be cleaned. However, these parts cannot be cleaned by ordinary brushing methods. Ultrasonic cleaning is the best choice to improve cleaning efficiency.
2. Filtration process:
Principle: The circulatory system is composed of a corrosion-resistant southern stainless steel horizontal pump and a filter to form a self-circulation, so that the dirt that is washed off is quickly isolated by the filter cotton core, reducing liquid surface floating. At the same time, it can accelerate the electrolysis of the solution and purify the utilization rate of the solution.
Function: A filter the oily wax rust and dust burrs removed by the workpiece, saving labor to repeatedly replace the cleaning fluid, so that there is no need to manually deal with the dirt. B. Prevent the cleaned workpiece from being secondly contaminated to achieve the most ideal effect

3. Hand-held Spray system: water pump + high pressure gun + auxiliary tank + pipeline + ball valve.
Principle characteristics: The high-pressure water pump makes the liquid high-pressure gun spray at a high speed, and the surface of the impacted workpiece has been softened, but the stains that have not been completely peeled are completely peeled.Equipped with a well-known domestic brand pump-Nanfang pump (head, flow depends on the size of the tank); stainless steel filter is used, with a filtering accuracy of 1~50um optional.(The filter is optional accessories)
Target:
Thoroughly peel off the stains on the workpiece and make the remaining small stains fall off again through high-pressure spray.
Others: Stainless steel water level protector is installed in the auxiliary filter tank. The spray liquid flows from the bottom to the oil-water separator and is sprayed into the main tank through the filter ring.
4. Drying process:
Working temperature of drying tank: 20-120 degrees.
    A. Thermal insulation material: The outer cylinder of the hot air drying tank is wrapped with 20mm thick high-density fiber thermal insulation cotton (outer layer of tin foil).
    B. Blower: 750W.

   D. Protection device: The hot air drying tank is equipped with overheating and current overload protection.
